Stage 1

Initiation

Our certified project team works with the design team and begin by understanding the client's requirements, goals, and objectives. They also assess the project's feasibility, determine the budget, and create a project plan.

Stage 2

Planning and Designing

During this stage the project manager creates a detailed plan that outlines the project scope, timeline, budget, resources required, and raises any risks or changes. They also establish project milestones, identify stakeholders, and maintain constant communication. This stage overlaps with the Design team, the design team works with the client to create a design concept that meets their requirements and aligns with the project plan. The project manager ensures that the design is feasible and meets the project requirements, as well as monitors progress to ensure the project remains on track.

Stage 3

Procurement

The project manager will work with vendors and suppliers to acquire the necessary materials and equipment for the project. This includes coordinating delivery, managing inventory, and ensuring that all items meet project requirements.

Stage 4

Construction

The project manager oversees the construction process, ensuring that it adheres to the project plan and design specifications. They also manage the construction team, ensuring that they work efficiently and effectively to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Stage 5

Monitoring and Control

During this stage, the project manager monitors project progress, ensures that the project remains within scope, and adjusts the project plan as necessary. They also manage risks and communicate with stakeholders regularly to ensure that everyone is aware of the project's status.

Stage 6

Closeout

The project manager ensures that all project deliverables are complete and that the client is satisfied with the outcome. They also ensure that all project documentation is organized and archived appropriately. Finally, they conduct a post-project evaluation to identify lessons learned and identify areas for improvement in future projects.

Warranty Period

MJPM will provide 6 months free warranty service to our clients upon the construction completion date for project items. Please note: Daily wear and tear from usage is not included in the warranty.
