MJPM’s turnkey design-and-build solution for IP&E combines a bright, contemporary palette with precision-engineered finishes to create an inspiring workplace that reflects the client’s innovative ethos. There is a feature wall emblazoned with IP&E’s core values in bold, three-dimensional lettering and dynamic teal and aqua accents, which carry through to the open-plan workstation field. Height-adjustable L-shaped desks in pale oak with crisp white frames are paired with vibrant orange and slate-blue fabric screens—offering both ergonomic flexibility and visual stimulation—while a plush grey broadloom underfoot provides acoustic comfort. Along the perimeter, private meeting suites are enclosed in frameless glass partitions with frosted wayfinding graphics, allowing natural daylight to permeate every corner. A dedicated collaboration nook by the windows showcases chartreuse lounge chairs and sleek white café-height tables set against a backdrop of city vistas, creating an inviting space for impromptu brainstorming sessions. Custom walnut-veneered joinery in senior offices and built-in display alcoves deliver a refined counterpoint to the playful colour scheme, while recessed linear and pendant lighting ensures even illumination throughout. This cohesive blend of vibrant hues, ergonomic workstations and high-quality materials exemplifies MJPM’s expertise in delivering “office design Hong Kong” projects that are both visually engaging and performance-driven.
